OSKC Watersports  reserve the right to cancel a trip/course or hire because of adverse weather or sea conditions, or for any other safety reason. In this instance, an alternative trip/hire or full refund will be offered.

Once a deposit or full payment has been received, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

Times book are departure/start times, customers must allow enough time to park, kit up and be on the water for their start time. Guides and instructors will wait a maximum of 10 minutes before departing.

Group trips require a minimum of two people to run. Where this minimum is not met, an alternative trip or full refund will be offered.

Should the customer wish to cancel a booking, the following refund policy will apply:
 More than 21 days' notice before the booked session – 100% of the total fee or deposit will be refunded
. 21 days to 48hrs before the booked session - 50% of the total payment will be refunded. No refunds within 48hrs of cancellation. 

Refunds are not available in whole or in part for unused sessions due to customer late arrival, illness, accident, or for any other reason outside the control of OSKC Watersports.

 We highly recommend cancellation/curtailment insurance to cover any reason to cancel outside the control of OSKC Watersports.
